Petitioners write to Haj Mirza ‘Abd al-‘Ali Aqa Mujtahid regarding the late Aqa Khan Mir Panj's inheritors. Three-sixths of Baba Rud village, Aqa Khan Mir Panj's inheritance, has been rented to Fath‘ali Aqa, who has not generated enough returns on the land due to his mismanagement and lack of know-how. Petition about halting a marriage, 1928
In January 7, 1928, Sakinah Sultan Khanum, the daughter of Haj Muhammad Aqa the textile maker, was deceived into marrying Hasan Aqa. The writer and Aqa Mirza ‘Abd al-‘Ali were summoned to perform the marriage and they refused to proceed without permission from the girl's father, confiscated the mahr letter and returned the girl to her father's house.

Petition regarding a garden, 1921
Petition to Mulla Zayn al-‘Abidin regarding the documents that Mirza Muhammad Karim should receive (to present in the court) about a garden called Karim (known as Karim Luti garden). One of the documents is a sale agreement of Bibi Kawkab Sultan and Mashhadi Lutf Allah with Sayyid Muhammad ‘Ali ‘Allaf [forage seller] over one-sixth of Karim Luti garden for twenty tumans and the duration of one year.
